Dear colleagues, dear friends
First of all, on behalf of South East European Sports Journalists Association let me express my deepest compassion to our Turskish colleagues regarding terrorist act in Istanbul. Be sure that all of us sympathize with you in theese difficult times.
Further, some good news. Finnaly, BTravel agency has confirmed us place and dates for 3rd SEESJA Congress and mini-footbal tournament, 5th Michmana Cup as well!
The place is called Kukljica, on the island of Ugljan, Zadar area:

Dates are (all inclusive, 4 nights):
- arrival 30. of September (friday) afternoon and evening
- departure 4. of October (tuesday) in the morning till noon
I'll send you next month more detailed agenda and proposed match schedule.
Of course, after two years of SEESJA, this will be Elective Congress; we will vote for a new Chairman and Executive Committee.
Every delegation could have from two to 12 participants, including maximum of 10 players for those who will participate in football tournament.
I need your confirmation for participation, with number of delegates (Congress only or fotball tournament as well) as soon as possible, but no later than August, 5th and I'm warning chieves of delegations that only journalists and media workers could participate in tournament; we will need scanned or copied their press-cards, AIPS, national or form their media companies, so keep it in mind when you choose who do you call to come.
I'll keep you up to date with everything else, especially the price for transport from Zadar to the island of Ugljan.
